If you enjoyed making your cookie dough with us then here is the recipe! Don't forget, it will keep for 3 days in the fridge for you to nibble on, or you can bring a tub of vanilla icecream to room temperature and pull off small balls of dough before stirring and refreezing for cookie dough icecream or if you want to make them into cookies simply squash the dough down into a circle about 1cm thick and bake for 8-10 minutes at 170 degrees. Enjoy!
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp soft brown sugar
2 tsp caster sugar
3 tbsp plain flour
1 tsp caramel
1 tsp milk choc chips or 2 squares chocolate chopped into chunks
1.Mix together the butter and sugars using our 3 speeds we learnt – slow, fast & superhero!
2.Add the flour and chocolate and squish with your fingers to make it look clumpy!
3.Add the caramel and squish into a ball of dough using your fingers or a spoon.
4.Roll into a ball and put into a cup and chill for 1 hour and hey presto you are finished!
