National delivery is available to most UK Mainland destinations.

Collection – Free collection from our premises in Cotgrave, NG12. Email us your order (email@example.com) and we will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
Working days are Monday-Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays. Note: Next day delivery excludes weekends and bank holidays so please allow longer at these times.
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses or postcodes so please be careful when entering these details.
We do not ship outside of the UK at present.
We hope your order is to your satisfaction but if you are unsatisfied then please do contact us to see if we can resolve the problem. Unfortunately due to the perishable nature of the items we do not accept returns unless the parcel arrives damaged. We will require photographs of the damage so that we can claim from our couriers as everything leaves our premises in perfect condition. Please send the photographs to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will endeavour to send a replacement within 24 hours.
You may cancel orders at any time up to 10am on the morning of your order being collected or dispatched. Please phone us directly on 07817 583705 to cancel the order as emails may not be seen before dispatch.
We operate our terms in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Due to our products being a food item, we cannot accept returns if any of the seals on the products are broken or damaged.
You are entitled to cancel an order without reason within 14 days of the day you received your order. To receive a full refund, you must confirm this in writing first and return the item to us at your own expense, therefore we recommend that proof of postage is obtained when sending an item back. We are only able to refund for items received back by us, we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights.
